Hawk Construction, Inc. is a Colorado ‘S’ Corp which is wholly owned and operated by David Hawk. We focus on full service residential remodeling. Our ability to complete projects from design, product selection, and construction through final inspection utilizing our in house designers and design center saves time and expense for our clients. This ability improves scheduling of products to the job site, communications with the construction personnel and establishes accountability with a single source of contact.

After the project is designed and released for production it is assigned to one of our three seasoned project managers. A thorough review is scheduled with the client, designer and project manager to pass the responsibility for all aspects of the project including scheduling, quality and budget to the project manager. The project manager becomes the single source of communication for the client. Having a single contact person simplifies communication for the client and assures that the project manager is always in the loop for critical job details.

While we strive for the perfect design with all design details worked out during the design phase, we realize that clients have the right to change or modify the design along the way. Therefore we try to maintain the highest degree of flexibility for changes as directed by the client. Upon the request of the client we will execute a change order after it has been approved by the client. The change order will be written with the associated cost to the client and will be signed by the project manager and the client.
 
We also know that there are sometimes surprises inside the walls etc that are not discovered during the design phase. Should for instance, a structural element not be what we thought it to be and it requires additional work to accomplish the intent of the design we will ask the client to approve the additional cost via a change order. By the same token, if we find that perhaps a structural element is not needed that we priced into the project we will credit the cost to the client via a change order. What we are trying to say is that we treat our clients fairly and just ask for the client’s consideration in these kinds of situations.
